Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and one of these applies:

• Wrong item shipped
• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Significantly different from the product description

Not returnable

• Opened/soldered/used components
• Consumables (solder wire, thermal paste, batteries)
• Custom/cut-to-length items

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
